The Beginning

Hi..
This is the beginning to my weightloss journey. This is also my first blog. Bare with me until I get the hang of this. I am sure at first I am going to sound like a complete idiot.
The purpose of this blog is to help me stay focused in my efforts to lose wieght and get some of my figure back.
About me..
I am a mother of 3 children. I just had a baby July 22, 2004. Amazingly, I did not gain any wieght after having the baby. I am right where I started when I got pregnant. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with my weight then. My other two kids are teenagers, 14 and 13 years old. I am divorced from their father, and currently have a wonderful relationship with a great guy. Why is it, that when you are happy you gain weight?
I am a travel coordinator for a software company. I am very fortunate to be able to work from home.

Height: 5' 3"
Pant Size: 16 (Tight)
Shirt size: XL
Waist: 37 inches
Breast: 39 inches
Thigh: 25 inches
Butt: 43.5 Inches
My fitness and diet patterns have not existed since I was pregnant and had the baby. It is time to get back into shape and get my pant size down.
My goal for today..
1. No Sodas
2. eat raw/fresh veggies
3. walk
